Mike Pence Wiki
Michael Richard “Mike” Pence was born on 7 June 1959 in Columbus, Indiana. He has been a politician in the Republican Party. Of course, no Mike Pence Wiki could start without mentioning that since January 20, 2017, he has served as the Vice President of the United States of America. The second thing to note in any Mike Pence wiki is his youngest daughter, Audrey Pence.
Look up “Mike Pence daughter” and you might agree that she just might be the most interesting thing about the vice president. Audrey Pence claims to be politically independent and socially liberal. The apple, in this case, has fallen far from the tree. And there’s more; Mike Pence’s daughter studies journalism in Turkey. That would make for an interesting Thanksgiving all by itself if it weren’t for the fact she studies Arabic as well. Take it from someone who knows, Arabic is no apple pie; it demands all your wits. Candidate Donald Trump selected Pence as his vice-presidential candidate (his running mate) in July 2016. Prior to his posting as Vice President, Pence served as Governor of Indiana from 2013 to 2017. Before that, he represented Indiana in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013. His vice presidency has wrapped up a smooth political career, which could yet culminate in a presidency.

#1. Mike Pence’s Wife Karen Pence
Mike Pence’s wife is Karen Sue Pence. She was born Karen Sue Batten on January 1, 1957, and is the Second Lady of the United States. The title is not as grand as “First Lady,” but given Pence’s potential—and the overall political scenario—she can afford to aspire to it. Karen Batten grew up in Broad Ripple Village in Indianapolis. She studied at Butler University to become a teacher but, like the youngest Pence daughter, Mike Pence’s wife also has some interesting qualities. Among others, after her first pregnancy, she decided to take courses in watercolor painting. That led to her embarking on a new career as a painter. She also promotes art and painting as a therapy for the sick. (Source: “Karen Pence is a painter,” Two Coats of Paint, October 8, 2016.)
#2. Mike Pence Net Worth is roughly estimated at $2.0 Million in 2017
Mike Pence’s net worth 2017 has been roughly estimated at $2.0 million.
Now, that doesn’t sound that great compared to his boss—Trump’s net worth might be closer to $3.5 billion—but it’s not bad and it goes a long way in Indiana. Pence came from a working-class background. His parents ran gas stations. Mike Pence’s education allowed him to move into a different world.
He managed to earn a history degree from Hanover College and a law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. This allowed him to practice law and then run for political office. Pence reportedly made some money after he ran for office, through campaign contributions. It was legal. Pence also ran a radio show in the early 1990s, The Mike Pence Show, which some say was similar to Rush Limbaugh’s show. Of course, it doesn’t take an accountant to figure out that between his years in political office and a private law practice, Pence managed to amass a few million dollars.

#5. Mike Pence and Jimmy Carter
Mike Pence has been known to be close to the Tea Party. That’s quite a stretch from his youth. Indeed, before going to university, Pence had been a Democratic supporter. He was 21 in November of 1980 and had the chance to vote for the ultimate conservative hero, Ronald Reagan. But, he did not. He voted for Jimmy Carter and had been a great fan of President John F. Kennedy—two champions of the most liberal wing of the Democratic Party. His political attitude changed during his studies, when he became an evangelical Christian. (Source: Ibid.)
Pence joined the fervent evangelism of the born-again variety during his studies. He was the only member of his family—including his parents and six brothers—to radically distance himself from family Catholicism. However, he has introduced himself as a “born-again, evangelical Catholic,” never having formally left Catholicism. Given that his parents and siblings were Democrats, Mike Pence distanced himself from his family in both religion and politics. This mix might prove more useful to him when and if he decides to run for the full rights to the Oval Office…
